Delete your Partnr account

You can delete your account at any time. After you request deletion there is a 30-day grace period: signing back in during that time restores your account. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.

In the app

1. Open Partnr and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

If you can't access the app, email privacy@partnr.us from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify it's you and process the request.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your profile, photos, messages and group memberships. Some records may be retained for a limited time where required for safety, legal compliance or fraud prevention. An active subscription is not cancelled automatically; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
