Trust & safety

Report a concern.

For anyone, with or without a Partnr account. Your report goes to our safety team. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

Submitting opens your mail app with the report addressed to safety@partnr.us. This website does not receive or store the report: it goes from your own mail account to our safety mailbox. We use what you send only to investigate and keep people safe.

You do not need to attach anything. Describe what happened and where it is in the app (the profile, chat or group post), so our safety team can find it.

Do not attach images, video or files, and do not send them in a follow-up email. Describe the concern in words.

If you are reporting something you saw in the app, use the Report button on that profile, post or message first, then quote the reference shown in the app after you report, if available.

Never attach or forward sexual images, or any image of someone who may be under 18, even to report it. Describe it in words instead.

If it involves sexual content about someone who may be under 18, do not describe it in detail. Say that it exists and where it is in the app (the screen and the username), and nothing more.

If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services first.

How this works

The form prepares a message to safety@partnr.us in your mail app with the details you entered, so you keep a copy in your Sent folder. Do not attach images, video or files, and do not send them in a follow-up email: describe the concern in words instead. If you are reporting something you saw in the app, use the Report button on that profile, post or message, then quote the reference shown in the app after you report, if available. Never send or forward sexual images, or any image of someone who may be under 18, and do not describe such content in detail: say that it exists and where it is in the app (the screen and the username), and nothing more. The report is sent from your own email account, so it cannot be anonymous: our safety team will see your email address. If you tick “Do not contact me” or say so in the message, we will act on the report without replying. If you want to keep your identity private, send it from an email address that does not identify you.

Reports go to our safety team. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct to law enforcement, at our discretion, as explained in our Terms (section 7). What we keep is explained in the Privacy Policy (section 6). Inside the app you can also report any profile or group post from its menu and block anyone instantly.
